摘  要:提升高校思想政治理论课的教学效果是高校和思政工作者不懈追求的目标。对于研究生阶段影响思想政治教学效果的因素,本文以文献研究法为理论基础,同时结合问卷调查法和统计分析法等方式展开调研,以寻找影响教学效果的主要因子,同时探索适应发展研究生阶段思政理论课的新教学模式与措施,以提升思想政治理论课教学效果和高校人才培养质量。Improving the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is the unremitting goal of ideological and political workers.In view of the factors that affect the effect of ideological and political teaching at the postgraduate stage,this paper takes the literature research method as the theoretical basis,and combines the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to conduct a research to find out the main factors that affect the teaching effect,and at the same time,to explore the new teaching mode and measures of ideological and political theory courses adapting to the development of postgraduates,so as to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses and the quality of talents training in colleges and universities.
