摘  要:美国高校通过各种方式,扩大对劳动力市场的参与,推动高等教育与劳动力市场的协同发展:实施基于工作的学习范式,为学生提供获得和保住工作以及职业发展所需的技能,帮助学生毕业后向劳动力市场过渡;强化对学生进行市场化技能教育,并将其融入课程设计与专业建设;拓展成人的高等继续教育,增加对劳动力发展的参与;基于未来工作的性质和特征,确定未来工作所需要的基本知识和技能,据此重构美国高等教育与劳动力市场关系。American colleges and universities have expanded their participation in the labor market through various ways to promote coordinated development.Specifically,American colleges and universities first implement the work-based learning paradigm,which provides students with the necessary career skills,and help students transition to the labor market after graduation.Second,they offer education with a market focus on the curriculum design of each major.Third,they expand continuing higher education for adults to increase their participation in professional development.Fourth,they reconstruct the relationship between American higher education and the labor market,where the taught basic knowledge and skills are determined based on the nature and characteristics of future work.
