摘 要:目的:新建隧道近接施工会对周围土体产生扰动,引起地层发生位移及应力重分布,为既有隧道带来一定的安全风险。为了合理控制新建隧道近接施工对既有隧道的影响,有必要对隧道近接施工影响进行研究。方法:以海太长江隧道工程为例,分析后建铁路隧道平行近接施工对先建公路隧道的影响;建立三维隧道仿真模型,对先建公路隧道结构进行力学响应分析;研究不同施工净距下,平行近接施工引起的先建公路隧道结构变形和应力变化规律。结果及结论:①后建铁路隧道施工对先建公路隧道产生了侧向挤压作用;铁路隧道开挖对公路隧道的水平变形影响较竖向变形更为明显;铁路隧道开挖后,公路隧道的拱顶沉降、竖向、水平及收敛变形均有所减小,隧道整体发生背离后建隧道的刚体位移;铁路隧道开挖后,公路隧道的管片应力、钢筋应力及螺栓应力均有所减小。②不同施工净距下,铁路隧道施工对先建公路隧道受力变形性能的影响规律基本一致;随着施工净距的增大,铁路隧道开挖对公路隧道的影响程度逐渐减小,公路隧道变形及应力变化的幅值基本呈减小趋势。Objective:Adjacent construction of new tunnels can cause disturbance to surrounding soil,resulting in stratum displacement and stress redistribution,posing safety risks to existing tunnels.To effectively control the impact of new tunnel adjacent construction on existing tunnel,it is necessary to study the impact of this construction.Method:Taking Hai-Tai(Haimen-Taicang)Yangtze River Tunnel project as example,the impact of parallel adjacent construction of a subsequent railway tunnel on the existing highway tunnel is analyzed.A three-dimensional tunnel simulation model is established to analyze the mechanical response of existing highway tunnel structure.The structural deformation and stress changes of existing highway tunnel caused by parallel adjacent construction under different construction clearances are investigated.Result&Conclusion:(1)The subsequent railway tunnel construction exerts lateral squeezing action on existing highway tunnel.The highway tunnel experiences more significant horizontal deformation than vertical one under the impact of railway tunnel excavation.After railway tunnel excavation,the arch crown settlement,vertical and horizontal convergence deformations of highway tunnel all decrease,and the overall tunnel deviates from the rigid displacement of the subsequent tunnel.The stress in segment,reinforcement,and bolts in highway tunnel also decrease after railway tunnel excavation.(2)Under different construction clearances,the impact of railway tunnel construction on the deformation and stress performance of existing highway tunnel shows a consistent pattern.With the increase of construction clearance,the impact of railway tunnel excavation on highway tunnel gradually decreases,and the highway tunnel deformation and stress change amplitude are generally in decreasing trend.
