新财经人才培养改革实验班探索历程、经验与展望——以河北经贸大学为例

摘　　要：实验班是新财经教育改革背景下优化专业结构、推进现有学科专业体系提质增效升级的重要抓手。河北经贸大学是新财经教育改革理念较早的提出者和实践者,研究其新财经人才培养改革实验班的历程、经验和面临的挑战对地方财经类高校新财经建设意义重大。实验班探索历经初创、扩展、转化三个阶段,在创建依托、制度保障、研究成果转化、全程导师制、校企合作、专业融合、实验成果转化等方面均积累了一些成功经验,但是也面临着教师团队建设有待进一步强化、课程设置与教材建设有待进一步优化、财经专业招生热度下降趋势明显、信息化程度深化使用人结构发生变化等挑战。新的形势下,新财经人才培养改革还应重视联合成立实验班、精心打造教师团队、全面提升教学质量、精准选择改革实验组织模式。The experimental class is an important tool to optimize the structure of majors and promote the quality upgrading of existing disciplines and majors in the context of the new finance and economics education reform.Hebei University of Economics and Business is an early proposer and practitioner of the new finance and economics education reform concept.Studying the process,experience,and challenges faced by its experimental class is of great significance to the construction of new finance and economics in local financial and economic universities.The experimental class has been explored through three stages:initial creation,expansion and transformation.It has accumulated some successful experiences in creation of support,institutional guarantee,research achievement transformation,full mentorship,school-enterprise cooperation,professional integration and experiment achievement transformation.However,it also faces challenges such as the need for further improvement of the faculty team,continuous optimization of curriculum design and textbook construction,the obvious declining trend of enrollment in finance and economics majors,and changes in employment structure with the deepening of informatization.Under the new situation,the talents training reform of new finance and economics should also pay attention to the joint establishment of experimental classes,the elaborate construction of faculty team,the comprehensive improvement of teaching quality,and the precise selection of organizational model for reforming experiment.
