摘  要:全面加强校企合作是我国职业教育改革的重要发展趋势。以OBE理念的视角分析岗位任职要求,厘清用人单位所需技能,运用校企协同育人方式培养高素质技能人才,解决学校所教并非企业所需之间的矛盾。在国家政策的引导下,高校和企业充分发挥各自优势,协同育人,突破困境,为经济社会发展和提高国家竞争力提供优质人才资源支撑。To comprehensively strengthen school-enterprise cooperation is an important development trend for China’s vocational education reform.To solve the problem that skills learned in school can’t meet the needs of enterprises,the paper analyzes job requirements from the perspective of OBE concept,figures out what skills employers want,and then explores how to train high-quality skilled talents by the way of school-enterprise collaborative education.Guided by national policy,colleges and enterprises should give a full play to their respective advantages and overcome the difficulties by implementing the mode of school-enterprise collaborative education to provide high-quality human resources support for economic and social development and improving national competitiveness.
