摘 要:随着钢铁行业降本增效的日益深入,在钢材切割下料过程中有效提高钢材利用率,是每一个企业提高经济效益降低成本的重要途径。本文就是根据原材料的数目、订单需求为约束条件,以成材率最高和原材料使用量最少为目标函数建立线性规划模型,求解出较优的切割方案,为钢铁企业节约原材料、降低产品成本、提高企业经济效益提供理论依据。With the deepening of cost reduction and efficiency increase in the steel industry,effectively improving the utilization rate of steel during steel cutting and cutting is an important way for every enterprise to improve economic efficiency and reduce costs.This paper is based on the number of raw materials,order demand as constraints,with the highest yield and the least use of raw materials as the objective function to establish a Linear programming model,solve the optimal cutting scheme,and provide a theoretical basis for iron and steel enterprises to save raw materials,reduce product costs,and improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
