疫情影响下高职高专学生就业心理探索——以抚顺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：三年新冠疫情使得原本就供过于求、就业难的毕业生就业形势更加雪上加霜,而处于竞争弱势的高职高专学生的就业问题在后疫情时代面临了更大的压力。为了了解高职高专学生就业心理的相关情况,促进高职高专学生心理健康和就业指导工作的开展,本研究以问卷调查方式,选取抚顺职业技术学院2019—2021年级100名学生作为被试,对毕业生就业心理状况进行了问卷调查,通过量化研究对调查结果进行了讨论分析。发现高职高专学生就业心理问题总体处于中等偏上水平,焦虑心理、自卑心理、从众心理和依赖心理的总分均处于中等偏高水平。通过差异性检验发现性别、生源地、家庭经济状况、不同年级在总体和各个维度上会有显著性差异。The three years of epidemic left the employment situation of graduates grimmer.The vocational college students are facing more pressure in the post pandemic era.In the form of questionnaire,one hundred students of Grade 2019 to 2021 from Fushun Vocational Technology Institute were chosen as the subjects to learn the employment psychology of vocational college students,and improve the mental health and the employment guidance.The results of the investigation were discussed and analyzed through quantitative research.It found that the level of employment psychological problems was above average,and the total scores were at a medium high level in the aspects of anxiety,inferiority,conformity and dependence.Differences tests found that there were significant differences in gender,hometown,family economic status and grades.
