摘　　要：“德”是一个贯穿两周、关乎于善的政治伦理观念,是先秦诸子思想的旨归。《商君书》不仅阐明了自己对实现“德”的看法,也反思了当时的主流观点。在揭示了建德周礼与儒家仁德思想之于政治秩序建构的困难与不足、重审了作为政治建构基础的人性以及洞察了当时的天下时势之后,商鞅及其学派提出了以“壹”为政治原则的新的根本政治制度,即“法”,并认为只有在新制的建立与运作下,“德”才能被较好地落实。"Virtue"is a political and ethical concept about goodness passed down through the Eastern and Western Zhou Dynasties,and is the essence of the thoughts of pre-Qin philosophers.The Book of Shang not only clarified its idea on realizing"virtue",but also reflected on the mainstream opinions at its time.After revealing the difficulties and deficiencies of the rites and benevolence in the construction of political order,and reviewed humanity as the foundation of political construction,the school of the Shang put forward a new fundamental political system that upheld"unified order"as the political principle—"law",and believed that only with the establishment and operation of the new system will"virtue"be well practiced.
