摘　　要：高职扩招给高职院校带来发展机遇,但也给学校教学与管理带来新的挑战。按照“标准不降、模式多元、学制灵活”的原则,安徽机电职业技术学院机械制造与自动化专业从人才培养模式、课程体系、教学组织方式、师资队伍建设和评价体系等方面进行全方位改革,积极探索专业人才培养新途径。The expansion enrollment has brought opportunities for the development of higher vocational colleges,but it has also brought new challenges to its teaching and management.According to the principle of“standard is not lowered,the model is diversified,the school system isflexible”,the Mechanical Manufacturing and Auto-mation major of our college has carried out all-round reform from the aspects of personnel training mode,curriculum system,teaching organization mode,teacher team construction and evaluation system,and actively explored new ways of professional personnel training.
