广西河池地区红水河流域长寿现象及饮食特征研究进展

摘　　要：随着经济的发展和科技的进步,世界多国居民的平均寿命不断延长,但健康寿命未得到与之相应的增加。因此,减少因衰老导致的疾病困扰,享受老年生活成为人们的迫切愿望。广西河池地区红水河流域长寿现象显著,当地的长寿老人多数比较健康,具有鲜明的健康老龄化特色,为人们对健康长寿的研究提供了参考范本。本文对现有广西长寿人群的科学研究进行归纳总结,为深刻认识健康长寿及挖掘关键特征因子提供研究思路。With the development of the economy and the advancement of technology,the average lifespan of residents in many countries around the world continues to extend,but the healthy life expectancy of human beings has not been increased accordingly.Therefore,reducing the burden of diseases caused by aging and enjoying elderly life has become an urgent desire for people.The longevity phenomenon in the Hongshui River basin of the Hechi region in Guangxi is remarkable,and most of the local longevity older adults are relatively healthy,with distinctive characteristics of healthy aging,providing a reference clue for human research on healthy longevity.In this paper,we summarize the existing scientific research of longevity population in Guangxi and provide the research ideas for the exploration of key characteristic factors of healthy longevity.
