新时代食品专业课程思政育人模式探索与实践——以酿造酒工艺学课程为例

摘　　要：新时代高校育人的外部环境更加复杂,课程思政育人在“三全育人”过程中的重要程度与日俱增。作为食品科学与工程专业的专业课,酿造酒工艺学通过组建课程思政组、形成课程思政体系、在课程考核中检验思政育人成效等一系列方法,不断完善课程思政的建设,实现了教学环节的闭环,起到了良好的育人效果。本文总结了酿造酒工艺学课程开展课程思政育人的部分经验,以期对其他学科课程思政育人的开展起到帮助。In the new era,the external environment for educating is becoming more and more complex,and the importance of ideological and political education in the curriculum is increasing day by day in the process of"three comprehensive education".As a professional course of Food Science and EngineeringMajor,Brewing Wine Technology has established a course ideological and political team,formed a course ideological and political system,and tested the effectiveness of ideological and political education in course assessment.Through a series of methods,the construction of course ideological and political education has been continuously improved,achieving a closed loop in the teaching process and achieved good educational effects.This article summarizes some of the experiences of carrying out ideological and political education in the course Brewing Wine Technology,hoping to be helpful for the development of ideological and political education in other disciplines.
