摘  要:对长根菇液体深层发酵培养基成分进行优化。以长根菇菌丝生物量为指标,采用单因素试验对培养基中碳源、氮源及生长因子种类进行筛选,并考察不同含量的碳源、氮源及微量元素对菌丝生物量的影响。在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面试验优化深层发酵培养基中的碳源、氮源及微量元素的含量。结果表明,长根菇液体深层发酵的最佳培养基成分是脱脂麦胚粉26.52 g/L、酵母粉2.24 g/L、VB 60.10 g/L,在此条件下菌丝体的生物量为12.57 g/L。本研究确定了长根菇液体深层发酵培养基的最佳成分,为长根菇的人工种植提供了种子培养基础。The composition of liquid deep fermentation medium of Oudemansiella radicata was optimized.Taking the mycelium biomass of Oudemansiella radicata as the evaluation index,the optimal carbon source,nitrogen source and growth factor of the liquid medium were screened,and the effects of different contents of carbon and nitrogen sources and trace elements on mycelial biomass were investigated.The optimal fermentation medium conditions were optimized by response surface experiments.The result of research showed that the optimum medium composition for the liquid medium of Oudemansiella radicata were defatted wheat germ 26.52 g/L,yeast powder 2.24 g/L,vitamin B60.10 g/L,and the mycelium biomass of Oudemansiella radicata was up to 12.57 g/L under this optimized condition.In this paper,the optimum components of liquid deep fermentation medium were determined,which provided the seed culture basis for the artificial cultivation of Oudemansiella radicata.
