摘  要:农业现代化需要大量高素质专业人才。针对当前农业发展“人才荒”与农科大学生“就业难”并存的结构性矛盾,农科大学生入职高素质农民具有一定可行性:涉农高校积极调整人才培养模式促使农科大学生掌握相应的专业知识与技能,入职基层可获得相应条件保障和专业发展空间,半数以上的农科大学生有基层就业意愿。基于此,农业高校可在探索学农务农关键因素的基础上,形成有效遴选机制;定位农业发展需求,实现产学研“无缝对接”;完善生涯规划教育,提升职业认同;融入职业精神培育,将爱农情怀、强农意识与知识、能力的提升相统一。The modernization of agriculture requires a large number of high-quality professionals.In response to the structural contradiction where the current agricultural development“talent shortage”coexists with the“employment difficulties”of agricultural college students,it is feasible for agricultural students to become high-quality farmers.Agricultural universities should actively adjust the talent training mode to enable students to master corresponding professional knowledge and skills.Agricultural college students participation in rural grass-roots development can obtain corresponding conditions and guarantees,professional development space,and more than half of agricultural college students have the desire to work at the rural grass roots.Based on this,agricultural universities can establish a selection mechanism that combines learning with engaging in agriculture.positioning the needs of agricultural development and achieving seamless integration between industry,academia,and research.adjusting the talent training mode to meet market demand.integrating the cultivation of professionalism and unifying the spirit of love for agriculture with the awareness of strong agriculture while improving knowledge and ability.
