摘 要:针对目前真空吸鱼泵设计计算依赖于工程经验,存在随机性和不确定性的问题,本研究开展了真空吸鱼泵吸/排水过程的数值模拟分析。分别建立了真空吸鱼泵吸水阶段和排水阶段物理模型,采用VOF模型,以抽气速度为边界条件,对吸/排水过程进行数值模拟。结果表明,VOF模型能够很好地预测真空吸鱼泵吸/排水过程中计算区域液相体积分数随时间变化的历程;抽气速度相同时,随着吸程的增大,真空罐内的稳定工作压力逐渐降低,但吸水管道内的流速不变;吸程相同时,随着抽气速度的增大,真空罐内的稳定工作压力逐渐降低,吸水管道内的流速逐渐增大;通过模拟得到了吸水和排水时间,可对吸捕速率进行预测。本研究可为真空吸鱼泵计算机辅助设计提供理论参考。At present the design calculation of the vacuum fish pump(VFP)depends on the engineering experience which leads to randomness and uncertainty in design results.A numerical simulation of the suction and discharge stage of VFP was carried out.The physical models of the suction and discharge stage of VFP were established respectively.The suction and discharge stage of VFP was numerically simulated based on VOF model,using extraction speed as boundary condition.The results showed that VOF model could well predict water volume fraction changing with time in the whole calculation area during the suction and discharge stage of VFP.At the same extraction speed,the stable working pressure in the canister gradually decreased with the increase of suction height.However,the average flow velocity in the suction pipe remained the same.When the suction height was the same,the stable working pressure in the canister gradually decreased with the increase of the extraction speed.However,the average flow velocity in the suction pipe gradually increased.The suction and discharge time was obtained by the numerical simulation,and then the suction rate of VFP could be calculated.The research can provide a theoretical reference for computer aided design of VFP.
