摘　　要：在数字中国、数字强国建设新阶段,高职院校仍肩负着技能型、实践型、创新型人才培养的重要职责。自“双高计划”实施以来,信息化水平的高低已成为衡量“双高”建设成效的关键指标。高职院校需立足自身特色及实际需求,紧跟时代前沿信息技术,聚焦教育信息化发展过程中的痛难点,坚持以问题为导向,在核心内容上下功夫,锚定智慧校园顶层设计、教育教学、信息素养、数字治理等方面进行施策,切实提升信息化水平,赋能高职院校高质量发展。In the new stage of“Digital China”and“Digital Power”,higher vocational institutes take responsibility in training skill-based,practice-oriented and creative talents.Since the implementation of the“Double-high Plan”,the informatization level has been a key indicator for measuring the effectiveness of“Double-high Plan”.Therefore,by taking their own features and actual needs into consideration,keeping up with leading-edge technologies of the times,focusing on the crux and difficult issues during the development of informatization,and sticking to the problem-driven principle,higher vocational institutes should concentrate effort on the core contents,take measures aiming at top-level design for smart campus,education&teaching,information quality,digital governance and so on,so as to practically improve the informatization level and enable the high-quality development of higher vocational institutes.
