基于“三农”情怀的虾蟹增养殖学课程思政教学设计探索

摘　　要：在加快打造“南繁硅谷”、建设和保障“蓝色粮仓”的背景下,水产类院校及专业担负着为祖国培养并输出知水产、爱水产的新型人才的重要使命,助力水产业的科技化和可持续化发展。虾蟹增养殖学作为我国高等院校水产养殖本科专业的必修课程,不仅记录讲述了我国虾蟹类传统养殖到现代化养殖模式和技术的伟大变迁史,还蕴含了脱贫攻坚、“三农”情怀、科学发展观、大国“工匠”精神、生态文明建设和可持续发展观在内的诸多思政元素,能够为在专业课程中开展教育思政提供充分保障。专业课程融入思政元素,是深入培养学生专业能力、引领主流价值、提升专业认同感、推进社会主义核心价值观和实现水产养殖专业人才培养目标的必然选择和有效途径。课程理论和思想政治理论的协同前行,能够最大化发挥教育价值,提升水产专业学生的职业和社会责任感及使命感。Under the background of developing“Nanfan Silicon Valley”and building and guaranteeing“blue granary”,aquatic universities and programs shoulder the important mission of cultivating and exporting new talents who know and love aquatic products for the motherland,and help the scientific and sustainable development of aquaculture industry.As a compulsory course for aquaculture majors in colleges and universities in China,Shrimp and Crab Aquaculture not only records the history of the great changes from traditional shrimp and crab farming to modern aquaculture mode and technology,but also contains many ideological and political elements,including poverty alleviation,“agriculture,countryside and farmers”feelings,scientific development concept,big country“craftsman”spirit,ecological civilization construction and sustainable development concept.It can provide sufficient guarantee for the development of education and ideological politics in professional courses.The integration of ideological and political elements into professional courses is an inevitable and effective way to cultivate students’professional ability,lead mainstream values,enhance professional identity,promote socialist core values and achieve the goal of aquaculture professional training.The coordination of curriculum theory and ideological and political theory can maximize the value of education and enhance the sense of professional and social responsibility and mission of fishery majors.
