摘　　要：高校校园安全一直是国家和社会关注的热点之一,信息技术的发展同时给网络侵犯带来新的花样,传统的校园安防已经无法有效杜绝危险事件的发生。在国家大力倡导建设智慧校园的背景下,根据物联网、大数据、人工智能、云计算和图像识别等热门技术,提出了一种新的高校智能平安校园系统架构。该系统融合布建各类前端感知设备,构建数据防控网,提升校园风险隐患智能感知、及时预警、即时响应、迅速处置等,实现校园内外治安态势全要素采集、全覆盖感知,为高校校园安全建设提供新的技术参考。文章对主要应用系统进行了详述,并对相关系统建设成效进行了概述。Campus security in universities has always been one of the hot spots concerned by the state and society.With the development of emerging information technology,the traditional campus security cannot effectively eliminate the occurrence of dangerous events.Under the background that the state strongly advocates the construction of smart campus,this paper puts forward a new system architecture of intelligent and safe campus system in universities.Based on popular technologies such as internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and image recognition,this paper details the main application systems,and summarizes the construction results of relevant systems.The system integrates various front-end sensing devices,builds a data prevention and control network to achieve intelligent perception of campus risks and hidden dangers,timely early warning,immediate response and rapid disposal,and realizes full element collection and full coverage perception of public security situation inside and outside the campus,so as to provide new technical reference for campus security construction.
