摘 要:用人工方式审核配网调度指令票容易出现误审核,而且调度指令票错误概率较大。为此提出了基于遍历树的配网调度指令票安全校核方法。选取牛顿潮流算法设置潮流计算的功率约束,采用改进的ID3算法构造配网调度指令票安全校核决策树,应用新的条件熵改善决策树中信息熵的局限性,通过修正非叶节点属性的选择标准建立最优决策树,通过遍历所生成的最优决策树实现配网调度指令票的安全校核。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现配网调度指令票的安全校核,改善电压越限情况,缩短电力系统的停电时间。The manual audit of distribution network dispatching instruction ticket is prone to false audit and the probability of dispatching instruction ticket error is large,hence,a security verification method of distribution network dispatching instruction ticket based on traversal tree is studied.Newton power flow algorithm is selected to set the power constraint of power flow calculation,the improved ID3 algorithm is used to construct the security check decision tree of distribution network dispatching order ticket,the limitation of information entropy in the decision tree is improved by using the new conditional entropy,and the optimal decision tree is established by modifying the selection criteria of non-leaf node attributes.Through traversing the generated optimal decision tree,the security check of distribution network scheduling instruction ticket is realized.The experimental results show that this method can realize the security check of distribution network dispatching command ticket,improve the voltage out of limit and shorten the outage time of power system.
