微创真空旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察微创真空旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年10月该院收治的60例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予开放手术治疗,观察组采用微创真空旋切系统治疗,比较两组切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,美容优良率,手术前后血清疼痛因子[神经肽Y(NPY)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))]水平,以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组切口长度、手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美容优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组血清NPY、5-HT、PGE_(2)水平均高于术前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创真空旋切系统治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者可缩短切口长度、手术时间和住院时间,提高美容优良率,减少术中出血量,以及降低血清疼痛因子水平和并发症发生率,效果优于开放手术治疗。Objective:To observe effects of minimally invasive mammotome vacuum system in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to October 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive mammotome vacuum system.The incision length,the operation time,the intraoperative blood loss,the hospitalization time,the cosmetic excellent and good rate,levels of serum pain factor levels[neuropeptide Y(NPY),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))]before and after surgery,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision length,the operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cosmetic excellent and good rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days after the surgery,the levels of serum NPY,5-HT and PGE2 in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Minimally invasive mammotome vacuum system in the treatment of the patients with benign breast tumors can shorten the incision length,the operation time and the hospitalization time,improve the cosmetic excellent and good rate,and reduce the intraoperative blood loss,the s
