摘　　要：目的:干眼症患者执行普拉洛芬+维生素A棕榈酸酯治疗方案的疗效分析,并探究该方案对患者眼表情况、干眼症状的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取78例(156眼)干眼症患者,均于2020年6月至2022年6月就诊于昆山市第二人民医院,随机数字表法将其分为单药组(普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗)和二连组(普拉洛芬+维生素A棕榈酸酯),每组各39例(78眼)。对比两组治疗前后的眼表功能、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、中国干眼问卷量表评分以及视觉相关生存质量评分。结果:治疗后,两组的FL评分、OSDI评分、中国干眼问卷量表评分均较治疗前下降,且二连组较单药组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组的FBUT、SIt、泪河高度、视觉相关生存质量评分均较治疗前升高,且二连组较单药组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:干眼症患者执行普拉洛芬+维生素A棕榈酸酯治疗方案获得了显著疗效,不仅能够改善眼表功能,减轻干眼症状,还可以提高患者的视觉相关生存质量,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of praprofen+vitamin A palmitate therapy in patients with dry eye,and to explore the effect of this regimen on ocular surface conditions and dry eye symptoms of patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients(156 eyes)with dry eye were selected by convenience sampling method,all of whom w ere admitted to Kunshan Second People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into monotherapy group(praprofen eye drops treatment)and two group(praprofen+vitamin A palmitate)by random number table method,with 39 cases(78 eyes)in each group.Ocular surface function,ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,Chinese Dry Eye Questionnaire score and vision-related quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,FL score,OSDI score and Chinese dry eye Questionnaire score of 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the second group than that in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).The scores of FBUT,SIt,lacrimal river height and vision-related quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the second group were more significantly high er than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Praprofen+vitamin A palmitate therapy in patients with dry eye has obtained significant curative effect,which can not only improve ocular surface function,reduce dry eye symptoms,but also improve the vision-related quality of life of patients,and has high clinical appl ication value.
