睾丸网腺癌一例  

Primary adenocarcinoma of the rete testis:a case report

摘　　要：原发性睾丸网腺癌是一种恶性程度高,极其罕见的恶性肿瘤,预后不佳。本文报告一例原发性睾丸网腺癌,患者右侧阴囊肿胀伴疼痛,阴囊磁共振提示恶性肿瘤,相关检查显示腹主动脉旁及颈部多发淋巴结转移,肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖蛋白抗原19-9(CA19-9)等升高。泌尿外科为该患者施行了睾丸切除术,组织学检查显示为腺癌,没有其他原发癌的证据,最终被诊断为原发性睾丸网腺癌。该患者后续进行了放化疗等综合治疗,疗效欠佳,预后差。Primary adenocarcinoma of the rete testis is a highly malignant,extremely rare malignancy with a poor prognosis.We report a case of primary adenocarcinoma the rete testis.The patient had right scrotal swelling with pain.Magnetic resonance imaging of the scrotum indicated malignant tumor.Related examinations showed multiple lymph node metastasis in the abdominal aorta and neck and elevated levels of tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and glycoprotein antigen 19-9(CA19-9).Orchiectomy was performed for the patient,and histological examination showed adenocarcinoma.There was no evidence of other primary cancers.Finally,the patient was diagnosed with primary adenocarcinoma of the rete testis.The patient then received comprehensive treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy,resulting in poor efficacy and poor prognosis.
