氧气雾化吸入在大面积脑梗死患者中的应用效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析氧气雾化吸入在大面积脑梗死患者中的应用效果以及安全性。方法82例大面积脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和分析组,每组41例。参照组给予超声雾化吸入治疗,分析组给予氧气雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果分析组患者的痰液消失时间、分泌物恢复正常时间、肺啰音消失时间分别为(2.14±0.67)、(2.65±0.86)、(3.26±1.25)d,均短于参照组的(4.27±0.91)、(4.36±1.44)、(4.84±1.30)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组患者的不良反应发生率为2.44%(1/41),低于参照组的19.51%(8/41),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.1157,P=0.0134<0.05)。结论氧气雾化吸入应用在大面积脑梗死患者治疗中,能够提升应用效果,并且改变症状表现以及提高安全性,是值得借鉴的一种治疗手段。Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of oxygen atomization inhalation in patients with large area cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 82 patients with large area cerebral infarction were divided into reference group and analysis group according to random numerical table,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was given ultrasonic atomization inhalation,and the analysis group was given oxygen atomization inhalation.The improvement of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of sputum,the recovery time of secretions and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales in the analysis group were(2.14±0.67),(2.65±0.86)and(3.26±1.25)d,which were shorter than those of(4.27±0.91),(4.36±1.44)and(4.84±1.30)d in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than that of 19.51%(8/41)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.1157,P=0.0134<0.05).Conclusion The application of oxygen atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with large area cerebral infarction can improve the application effect,change the symptoms and improve the safety,and is a worthy of reference.
