阿托伐他汀治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的剖析进展性脑卒中采用阿托伐他汀治疗的临床疗效。方法62例进展性脑卒中患者,经随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组患者采用临床传统治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的血脂指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平、治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者总胆固醇(3.06±1.19)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.20±0.20)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.47±0.54)mmol/L均低于对照组的(4.13±1.05)、(1.31±0.19)、(2.89±0.39)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.48±0.44)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.20±0.41)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀治疗进展性脑卒中患者,能够显著改善患者的血脂水平,提升临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin on progressive stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with progressive stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional clinical treatment,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The levels of blood lipid indexes(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol)before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had total cholesterol of(3.06±1.19)mmol/L,triglyceride of(1.20±0.20)mmol/L,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of(2.47±0.54)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(4.13±1.05),(1.31±0.19),and(2.89±0.39)mmol/L in the control group;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of(1.48±0.44)mmol/L in the observation group was higher than that of(1.20±0.41)mmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than that of 74.19% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with progressive stroke,atorvastatin can improve the level of blood lipid and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
