海奥口腔修复膜在牙齿种植中引导骨再生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙齿种植中应用海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月武汉爱齿尔口腔医院收治的牙齿种植修复患者65例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)与观察组(n=33)。对照组应用口腔修复肽膜,观察组应用海奥口腔修复膜。比较两组骨再生修复情况、骨厚度和植骨密度、并发症发生情况、患者满意度。结果:观察组骨再生修复成功率、植骨密度和骨厚度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:在观察组骨再生修复成功率、植骨密度和骨厚度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,牙齿种植中使用海奥口腔修复膜,可提高骨再生修复成功率,利于植骨生长,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of applying ZH-Bio Heal-All dental dermal matrix to guide bone regeneration in dental implantation.Methods:65 patients with dental implant restorations admitted to Wuhan Ai Dental Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=33)according to randomized numerical table.The control group applied dental restorative peptide film,and the observation group applied ZHI-Bio Heal-All dermal matrix.The two groups were compared in terms of bone regeneration repair,bone thickness and implant density,complication occurrence,and patient satisfaction.Results:The success rate of bone regeneration,implant density,and bone thickness in the observation group were higher than in the control group,and complications was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:The application of ZHI-Bio Heal-All dermal matrix in dental implantation can improve the success rate of bone regeneration repair,facilitate the growth of implanted bone,reduce the incidence of complications,and also improve patient satisfaction.
