微型种植支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微型种植支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月—2021年10月于宁津县人民医院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者98例作为研究对象,采用奇偶数分组法分为对照组与试验组,各49例。对照组应用口外弓加强支抗正畸法治疗,试验组应用微型种植支抗技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,上齿槽座角、下齿槽座角、尖牙间宽度、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角的变化幅度大于对照组,磨牙移位小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组咬合力、咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:微型种植支抗应用于口腔正畸治疗的效果显著,可降低不良反应发生率,改善患者临床症状与咀嚼功能。Objective:To explore the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 98 patients receiving orthodontic treatment in Ningjin County People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the odd and even number grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and test group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extraoral arch strengthening anchorage orthodontic method,and the test group was treated with micro-implant anchorage.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results:The total response rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group,the change magnitude of sella nasion A point,sella nasion B point,inter canine width,the upper and central incisor convexity difference,the upper and central incisor inclination in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the molar displacement in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and chewing efficiency in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application efect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment is significant,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the clinical symptom and chewing function of patients.
