摘  要:钛合金原材料加工形成的薄壁结构零部件是航空、航天领域的典型零件,其应用十分广泛。本文以目前航空航天领域常用的TC4钛合金原材料作为研究对象,从工件刚度、刀具刚度、设备刚度等3个方面,采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,研究工艺系统刚度对控制钛合金薄壁件变形的影响。研究结果表明,增加辅助支撑、提高刀具和设备的刚度都可以有效地控制钛合金薄壁件的变形。Thin-walled structural parts formed by processing titanium alloy raw materials are typical parts in aerospace field.In this paper,TC4 titanium alloy,which is commonly used in the field of aerospace,is taken as the research object.From the three aspects of workpiece stiffness,tool stiffness and equipment stiffness,the influences of process system stiffness on the deformation control of titanium alloy thin-walled parts are studied by using the method of combining theoretical analysis with experimental verification.The research results show that the deformation of titanium alloy thin-walled parts can be effectively controlled by adding auxiliary support,improving tool and equipment stiffness.
