摘  要:基于城轨车辆的防爬器结构开展结构轻量化优化设计研究。利用有限元仿真软件HyperWorks与LS-DYNA,建立城轨车辆碰撞仿真模型,并对碰撞过程进行数值模拟与仿真分析。通过对防爬器结构与材料等进行优化设计改进,实现在防爬器结构减重的同时,提升了防爬器结构的耐撞性和抗偏性能。研究结果表明,优化后的防爬器结构重量为68.04kg,相较于优化前的防爬器结构,减重17.97%,并且优化后的防爬器结构能够满足主动车在初始碰撞速度25km/h下以可控渐进形式变形吸收能量的碰撞安全标准设计要求。The structural lightweight optimization design research is carried out based on the anti-climber structure of urban rail vehicles.The crash simulation model of urban rail vehicle is established by using the finite element simulation software of HyperWorks and LS-DYNA,and the crash process is simulated and analyzed.Through optimizing the structure and material of the anti-climber,the crash resistance and deflection resistance of the structure can be improved while the weight is reduced.The research results show that the weight of the optimized anti-climber structure is 68.04kg,17.97%less than that of the structure before.The optimized anti-climber structure can meet the crash safety requirements of active vehicle with controlled progressive deformation for energy absorption at initial crash speed of 25km/h.
