摘　　要：针对金工实习教学多元化、管理复杂化的现状,引入企业“7S”管理理念,以安全保障与技能训练为抓手,构建“以学生为中心”的金工实习教学与管理体系。实践证明,“7S”管理理念改变了工程训练中心的整体环境面貌,全方位保障了学生的实习安全,提高了师生教与学的积极性和效率,促进了金工实习课程、稳步、良性发展。Aiming at the present situation of metalworking practice teaching diversification and management complication.By introducing the"7S"management concept of the enterprise and focusing on safety guarantee and skill training,a"student-centered"teaching and management system of metalworking practice is constructed.Practice has proved that"7S"management concept has changed the overall environment of the industrial training center,ensured the safety of students'practice,improved the enthusiasm and effect of teachers and students in teaching and learning,and promoted the steady and benign development of metalworking practice courses.
