摘  要:铁路隧道的线路建设常与城市地下燃气管线有所交叉,以某市铁路下穿天然气管道为背景,为分析隧道上方天然气管道爆炸对隧道结构的影响,提出在燃气管道周围设立U形槽的隔离防护措施。通过理论计算燃气管道爆炸三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene, TNT)当量,建立ABAQUS有限元三维数值模型的方法研究爆炸情况下隧道的结构响应及U形槽防护有效性。结果表明:在爆炸冲击作用下,隧道出现较严重拉伸损伤,在隧道上部圆拱部分出现较大位移变形,且已超出工程容许标准;爆源上部土体抛掷范围较大,位移云图分层明显;设立U形槽防护之后,隧道基本无塑性损伤,结构变形程度明显减小;U形槽阻碍了爆炸波在土体中传播,上部土体抛掷范围主要集中在U形槽内上方区域,且隧道上部土体位移情况有所改善。可见U形槽的设立在天然气爆炸时可以对隧道起到有效的防护作用,数值模拟结果可为类似工程案例提供参考。The construction of railway tunnels often intersects with urban subterranean gas pipelines.In order to analyze the impact of a city railway under-passed natural gas pipeline explosions above the tunnel.The isolation and protection measures of the U-groove trough around the gas pipelines were considered.Theoretically calculating the explosion trinitrotoluene(TNT)equivalent of the gas pipeline and establishing the ABAQUS finite element three-dimensional numerical model were used to study the structural response of the tunnel and the effectiveness of the U-groove trough protection under the explosion situation.The results show that under the impact of the explosion,serious tensile damage occurs.The upper arch part of the tunnel has a large displacement deformation,which has exceeded the engineering allowable standard.The upper part of the blast source has a large throwing range and the displacement cloud map is obviously layered.After the U-groove trough protection is established,the tunnel is basically free of plastic damage.The degree of structural deformation has significantly decreased.The U-groove trough hinders the propagation of the explosion wave in the soil,and the upper soil throw range is mainly concentrated in the upper area of the U-groove trough.The soil displacement in the upper part of the tunnel has improved.It is concluded the establishment of the U-groove trough can effectively protect the tunnel when the natural gas explodes,and the numerical simulation results can provide a reference for similar engineering cases.
