摘  要:目的:分析1例高压氧联合免疫三氧自体血回输治疗持续植物状态(Persistent Vegetative State,PVS)病例,以期为持续植物状态的临床治疗提供参考。方法:给予该PVS患者基础药物治疗的基础上,应用高压氧联合免疫三氧自体血回输治疗,比较治疗前后的PVS评分。结果:外院高压氧治疗后,我院康复医学科规范高压氧治疗40次联合免疫三氧自体血回输治疗6次后,患者脱离微小意识状态,PVS评分由4分提高至9分。结论:高压氧联合免疫三氧自体血回输治疗PVS效果显著,但起效慢,早期疗效不明显,最佳治疗周期有待进一步研究。Objective:To analyze a case of Persistent Vegetative State(PVS)to provide reference for the clinical treatment of persistent vegetative state.Methods:On the basis of basic drug treatment for this PVS patient,hyperbaric oxygen combined with immunotrioxygen autologous blood transfusion was applied,the PVS scores were compared before and after the treatment.Results:After hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the other hospital,the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of our hospital standardized 40 times of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with 6 times of immunotrioxy‐gen autologous blood transfusion.After the patient withdrew from a state of micro consciousness,the PVS score increased from 4 points to 9 points.Conclusion:The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and immunotrioxygen autologous blood transfusion has a significant effect on the treatment of PVS,but the effect is slow and the early efficacy is not significant.The optimal treatment cycle needs further research.
