The isolated organ mechanical perfusion technique can effectively solve the problem of donor shortage and reduce the risk of postoperative complications. In order to solve the problem of organ damage caused by the structural defects of liver storage vessels during liver transplantation and transport,a structural optimization design method based on the biomimetic morphology of liver storage vessels is proposed.First, the CT images of the human liver are scanned through the medical 3D reconstruction software Mimics, and the 3D liver model is reconstructed, and then the liver size and volume are calculated. Finally, depending on the calculation results, structural of the liver storage container is designed based on the biomimetic morphology of the liver. The new liver storage container imitates the liver’s shape in the human body, the liver can be kept stable, the liver vibration in the liver storage container can be greatly reduced, which can not only facilitate mechanical perfusion, but also better maintain the liver physiological function and improve the success rate of liver transplantation. The structure design can provide a reference for the future design and manufacture of liver storage containers.
