摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中类泛素样含环指域蛋白1(UHRF1)、Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)和叉头翼状螺旋转录因子3(FOXP3)表达及与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2021年1至12月湖州市第一人民医院经手术切除的85例胃癌患者的癌组织与配对癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法测定UHRF1、YAP1和FOXP3的阳性率。比较胃癌组织与癌旁组织及不同临床病理特征患者间UHRF1、YAP1和FOXP3的阳性率。结果胃癌组织中UHRF1、YAP1和FOXP3阳性率均显著高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。不同性别、年龄、BMI和肿瘤直径胃癌患者UHRF1、YAP1和FOXP3阳性率比较,差异均无统计意义(均P>0.05);低分化胃癌患者高于高、中分化胃癌患者,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胃癌患者,淋巴结转移胃癌患者高于无淋巴结转移胃癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织UHRF1、YAP1和FOXP3阳性率高,并与患者肿瘤分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征有关。Objective To investigate the expression of ubiquitin-like containing PHD and ring finger domain protein 1(UHRF1),Yes associated protein 1(YAP1)and forkhead box protein 3(FOXP3)in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with the pathological characteristics of patients.Methods The cancer tissue and matched pericancerous tissue samples were collected from 85 patients with gastric cancer who were received surgical treatment in Huzhou First People's Hospital from January to December 2021.The expression of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins in tissue samples was detected by immunohistochemical method.The positive expression rates of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins were compared between gastric cancer tissues and pericancerous tissues;their association with clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins in gastric cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(all P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the positive expression rates of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins in gastric cancer tissue samples among patients with different gender,age,BMI,and tumor diameter(all P>0.05).The positive expression rate of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins were higher in patients with poorly differentiated tumor than that with well-medium differentiated tumors,higher in patients with stageⅢandⅣgastric cancer than that with stageⅠandⅡ,and higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of UHRF1,YAP1 and FOXP3 proteins in gastric cancer tissues are high,which are related to the degree of differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.
