摘 要:目的探索性分析某儿童专科医院西部班进修人员的培训效果,总结经验与不足,为更高质量推动进修工作的开展提出建议与参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取从2002-2021年参加过西部班的436名进修学员中218名为研究对象,分析其职称、学历、行政任职、医教研、项目评价等情况。采用SPSS21.0软件对相关数据统计处理,对职称、学历、科室行政任职情况运用配对秩和检验或配对卡方检验分析,对性别、类别、医教研、医院行政任职、项目评价等分类资料运用频数(频率)进行描述。结果参加西部班前与目前的职称水平(Z=11.769,P<0.001)、学历水平(Z=7.488,P<0.001)、科室行政任职水平(χ^(2)=62.694,P<0.001)有差异,且目前层级较高。医院行政任职中6人担任医院副院长,医教研水平较高,对项目的评价较高,各条目满意度均超过了93%。结论西部班进修培训模式较为科学,有助于进修人员职称、学历水平及管理、医教研能力的提升,较好的满足学习需求。Objectives This study aims to analyze the training effect of the Western Class refresher trainees in a children's specialized hospital and summarize experience and deficiencies,so as to put forward suggestions and references for promoting the development of refresher training work with higher quality.Methods 218 of the 436 trainees who participated in the Western Class from 2002 to 2021 were selected as research objects.Their professional titles,educational backgrounds,administrative positions,medical teaching and research,project evaluation,etc.were analyzed.SPSS 21.0 software was used for the statistical processing of relevant data.The paired rank sum test or paired chi-square test was used to analyze the professional title,education background,and departmental administrative position,and the frequency was used to describe the classification data such as gender,category,medical teaching,and research,hospital administrative position,and project evaluation.Results There were differences between the level of professional title(Z=11.769,P<0.001),education level(Z=7.488,P<0.001),and administrative level of the department(χ^(2)=62.694,P<0.001)before joining the western classand the current level was higher.Among the administrative positions in the hospital,6 people served as the vice president of the hospital.They had a high level of medical teaching and research,and they had a high evaluation of the project.The satisfaction rate of each item exceeded 93%.Conclusions The Western Class refresher training mode is more scientific,which helps to improve the professional title,educational level,management,medical teaching,and research ability of the refresher trainees,and better meets the learning needs.
