马鹿茸淫羊藿复合物辅助改善精子活力

摘　　要：观察马鹿茸淫羊藿复合物对弱精子症肾阴阳两虚证的效果及其安全性。选择72例弱精子症肾阴阳两虚证男性作为研究对象,将受试者按照就诊顺序随机分为试食组和对照组,试食组连续服用马鹿茸淫羊藿复合物6周,对照组服用同等剂量的安慰剂。服用前后对受试者进行精液分析,测定国际勃起功能评分(international index of erectile function 5,IIEF-5)及中医证候评分。结果表明:试食组试食后精子活力、精子浓度及精子总活率均有改善,且精液浓度明显优于对照组(P<0.01);试食组试食后证候积分显著改善,与试食前及对照组比较,均有统计学意义。试食组试食后IEF-5评分也显著提高,与试食前及对照组比较,均有无统计学意义。试食组受试者未出现过敏及其他不良反应。马鹿茸淫羊藿复合物具有辅助改善弱精子症肾阴阳两虚证男性精子活力的作用,而且安全性良好。To observe the effect and safety of Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and Epimedium complex on asthenospermia and kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome,about 72 male patients with asthenospermia and kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome were selected as the study objects.The subjects were randomly divided into a trial feeding group and a control group according to the order of treatment.The trial feeding group took Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and Epimedium complex for 6 weeks,and the control group took placebo with the same dose.The semen of the subjects was analyzed before and after administration,international index of erectile function 5(IIEF-5)and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score.The results showed that the sperm motility,sperm concentration and total sperm motility in the test group were improved after the test,and the sperm concentration was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After the trial,the syndrome integral in the trial feeding group was significantly improved compared with the self and the control group,and the IIEF-5 score was significantly improved.No allergy or other adverse reactions occurred after the test.Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and Epimedium complex could assist to improve the sperm vitality of men with asthenospermia and kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome.
