摘 要:目的 本文对磁共振多参数成像技术在颅内肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值展开探讨。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月在本院就诊的58例颅内肿瘤患者作为本次研究对象,对所有患者采取病理检测模式及多参数磁共振检测模式完成颅内肿瘤检测,再根据病理结果对患者,可分为以下三组:胶质瘤组、转移瘤组及放射性损伤组,通过对比病理检测及多参数磁共振检测诊断价值,分析、对比三组患者病灶表现扩散系数(ADC)、相对脑血容量值(rCBV)及三组患者胆碱/肌酸(Cho/Cr)、N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/肌酸值(NAA/Cr)。结果 对比病理检测及磁共振诊断价值以及三组患者颅内占位ADC、rCBV值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环壁区及水肿区rCBV值,数值更高的是胶质瘤组患者,且该组的水肿区ADC值低于转移瘤组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环壁及水肿区Cho/Cr,胶质瘤组高于转移瘤组,但这个组的数值低于放射性损伤组。环壁及水肿区NAA/Cr值从低到高分别为胶质瘤组、转移瘤组、放射性损伤组,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 磁共振多参数成像技术在颅内肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值具有重要意义,在临床应用中有较高的实用价值,值得进一步推广。Objective The article explores and elaborates clinical application value of magnetic resonance multi-parameter imaging technology in differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors briefly.Methods The paper chose 58 patients with intracranial tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as research objects,with pathological detection mode and multi-parameter magnetic resonance detection mode for intracranial tumor detection.Based on pathological results,patients were divided into following three groups:glioma group,metastatic tumor group and radiation injury group.Diagnostic value of pathological detection and multi parameter magnetic resonance detection and ADC(diffusion coefficient of lesion manifestation),rCBV(relative cerebral blood volume)values of three groups,as well as Cho/Cr(choline/creatine)and NAA/Cr(N-acetyl Asparagus cochinchinensis/creatine)values of three groups were compared,clinical application value of multi parameter magnetic resonance imaging technology in differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors was discussed finally.Results Comparing diagnostic value of pathological examination and magnetic resonance imaging,ADC and rCBV values of intracranial masses in three groups,there was statistical significance between two indicators.rCBV values in circumferential and edema regions were higher for glioma patients and ADC values in edema region were lower than metastatic tumor group,with statistical significance.Cho/Cr of ring wall and edema area in glioma group was higher than metastatic tumor group,but value in the group was lower than radiation injury group.NAA/Cr values of ring wall and edema area were classified from low to high in glioma group,metastatic tumor group and radiation injury group,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Clinical application value of magnetic resonance multi parameter imaging technology is of great significance in differential diagnosis of intracranial tumors,with high practical value in clinical application,which is worthy of furth
