四联疗法联合康复新液在慢性胃炎患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性胃炎患者行四联疗法联合康复新液治疗的效果。方法 选取盱眙县人民医院消化内科门诊2021年1月-2022年4月收治的82例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,应用双色球方式分为对照组及观察组;对照组(41例)实施康复新液治疗,观察组(41例)在对照组基础上联合四联疗法治疗;对比两组治疗前后的胃蛋白酶原水平、炎症因子水平、胃肠道症状改善及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率和复发率。结果 治疗前,两组胃蛋白酶原水平、炎症因子指标比较无差异,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胃蛋白酶原、炎症因子指标改善情况高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃肠道症状各指标均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性胃炎患者行四联疗法联合康复新液治疗,可有效改善胃蛋白酶原指标水平,降低炎症因子增殖,改善胃肠道临床症状,降低疾病复发。Objective To analyze effect of quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid on chronic gastritis patients.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Gastroenterology Clinic of Xuyi County People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group with dual chromosphere method.Control group(41 cases)was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,while observation group(41 cases)with quadruple therapy on the basis of control group.Levels of Pepsin,inflammatory factors,improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms,eradication rate and recurrence rate of Hp were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of Pepsin and inflammatory factors between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes of Pepsin I in observation group were(130.59±7.54),(12.53±3.15),(6.35±1.53),(7.65±2.42)respectively and improvement of indexes was higher than(125.69±6.52),(14.26±3.52),(6.35±1.53),(6.59±2.15)in control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrointestinal symptoms in observation group were(2.43±1.45),(3.57±1.05),(4.35±1.48)and(5.39±1.57),lower than control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Eradication rate and recurrence rate of observation group was 97.56%and 2.44%respectively.Eradication rate and recurrence rate of control group was 78.05%and 21.95%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid can improve level of Pepsin,reduce proliferation of inflammatory factors,improve clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal tract and reduce disease recurrence of chronic gastritis patients effectively.
