房角分离手术结合超声乳化对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的 观察房角分离手术结合超声乳化对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1-12月在本院接受治疗的原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者70例/70眼作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例/35眼。对照组采取小梁切除术联合超声乳化治疗,观察组采取房角分离手术结合超声乳化治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果 观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的眼压比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗7d、1个月、3个月、6个月后两组患者眼压均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的BCVA比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗7d、1个月、3个月、6个月后观察组的BCVA优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的OSDI评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的OSDI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 房角分离手术结合超声乳化可以在患者的治疗中发挥重要的作用。Objective To observe the effect of angle separation surgery combined with phacoemulsification on primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods 70 cases/70 eyes of primary angle closure glaucoma patients with cataract who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 cases/35 eyes in each group.The control group received trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification treatment,while the observation group received angle separation surgery combined with phacoemulsification treatment.Compare the clinical effects of two groups.The effective rates of the two groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of intraocular pressure between the two groups at 7 days and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05);Comparison of intraocular pressure between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05);The BCVA of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The OSDI score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of angle separation surgery and phacoemulsification can play an important role in the treatment of patients.
