摘 要:《内科学》是一门联系医学基础课和临床实践的重要课程,在高等中医药院校本科生及研究生教学中有着重要地位。以往传统的《内科学》课堂教学是以教师为主导,学生被动接受知识。该授课模式枯燥乏味,缺少师生课堂互动,降低学生学习主动性和趣味性,并僵化学生思维,这与当前我国医学教育发展对医学人才的培养要求不相适应,亟待改革。近年来伴随着互联网技术的快速发展,基于智慧教学工具的混合式教学模式在众多医学课程中应运而生。在中医药院校《内科学》教学中开展基于智慧教学工具的混合式教学,旨在改善传统教学模式不足之处,即一方面基于“立德树人”根本培养目标,通过运用新媒体教学工具将传统课堂面授方式与线上教学方式相统一,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习能力、培养学生自我管控能力,锤炼学生创新思维能力,最终使《内科学》教学质量获得明显提升;另一方面促进教师教学能力提升和素质淬炼,提高教师对现代化教学的认识,使其掌握智慧教学工具使用方法,进而打造一支能够熟练运用智慧教学工具进行《内科学》混合式教学的优秀师资团队。文章通过探讨智慧教学工具在高等中医药院校《内科学》混合式教学中的应用现状、基础及考核评价机制,以期能够提高中医药院校《内科学》教学质量,打造《内科学》优秀教学师资团队,推进《内科学》金课建设的快速发展,从而为我国中医药事业培养更多高质量人才。Internal Medicine is an important course connecting basic medical courses and clinical practice,which plays an important role in the teaching of postgraduates and undergraduates in Chinese medicine colleges and universities.In the past,the traditional classroom teaching of Internal Medicine was teacher-led and students passively accepted knowledge.This teaching mode is boring,lacks the interaction between teachers and students,reduces students'learning initiative and interest,and ossifies students'thinking,which does not meet the requirements of the development of medical education for the training of medical talents and needs urgent reform.In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,blended teaching mode based on intelligent teaching tools emerged in many medical courses.Blended teaching based on intelligent teaching tools is carried out in the teaching of Internal Medicine in Chinese medicine colleges and universities to improve the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode.On the one hand,new media teaching tools are used to unify the traditional classroom face-to-face teaching method with online teaching method,so as to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their self-learning ability and cultivate their self-control ability.Foster students'innovative thinking ability,and finally make the teaching quality of Internal Medicine significantly improved.On the other hand,it will promote teachers'teaching ability and quality tempering,improve teachers'understanding of modern teaching,make them master the use of smart teaching tools,and then build an excellent team of teachers who can skillfully use smart teaching tools to carry out blended teaching of Internal Medicine.This paper discusses the application status,basis and assessment and evaluation mechanism of intelligent teaching tools in blended teaching of Internal Medicine in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,in order to improve the teaching quality of Internal Medicine in colleges and universities,build excellent tea
