摘 要:目的 将网络+临床大数据融入问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)引入麻醉科临床教学,优化形成性评价体系,改善临床教学质量。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年8月(2019级)与2020年8月—2021年8月(2020级)重庆医科大学麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)一年级学员共44名为研究对象,其中2019级22名作为对照组采用“一对一”带教;2020级22名作为试验组采用“一对一”带教+网络环境下的问题导向学习(web problem-based learning,WPBL)教学(1次/月),搭建网络大数据平台并引入PBL教学中形成WPBL教学。通过构建形成性评价体系,进行教学效果评价。结果 试验组学员的临床教学质性评价——教学综合评价、住培评价问卷反馈优于对照组学员,试验组10项指标“好”等次的人数比例均优于对照组;试验组学员住培一年级期末考核综合成绩平均分为(77.85±9.31)分,明显高于对照组的(73.57±10.08)分,以上差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 网络+大数据PBL丰富了麻醉学住培教学手段,有效提高了住培学员的综合成绩,同时形成性评价新体系的引入促进了住培全过程的教学相长,提升了学员的学习主动性、提高了临床教学质量。Objective To improve the quality of clinical teaching in anesthesiology department by integrating network+clinical big data into problem-based learning(PBL)and optimizing formative evaluation system.Methods A total of 44 students in the first-year of standardized training for anesthesiologists from August 2019 to July 2020(grade 2019)and August 2020 to July 2021(grade 2020)were selected as the research objects.A total of 22 students in grade 2019 were selected as the control group to receive“one-to-one”teaching.A total of 22 students in grade 2020 were selected as the test group to receive“one-to-one”teaching+web problem-based learning(WPBL)teaching(once per month).The network big data platform was built and introduced into PBL.The teaching effect was evaluated by constructing a formative evaluation system.Results The feedback of the clinical teaching quality evaluation questionnaire—comprehensive evaluation of teaching and residential training evaluation of the students in the experimental group was better than that of the students in the control group.The proportion of students in the test group who were"good"in 10 indexes was better than that in the control group.The average comprehensive score of the test group was(77.85±9.31)points,which was significantly higher than(73.57±10.08)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The network PBL teaching mode enriches the teaching means of anesthesiology residential training and effectively improves the comprehensive performance of residential training students.At the same time,the introduction of a new formative evaluation system promotes the mutual growth of teaching and learning in the whole process of residential training,improves the learning initiative of students and improves the quality of clinical teaching.
