摘 要:目的 探讨尸头颞骨解剖与手术训练在耳科医师培养中的作用。方法 2021年4月—2022年4月,选取参加西安交通大学第二附属医院耳鼻喉科耳科显微外科技术培训班的50名进修医生,进行随机对照分组,分为干预组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。干预组进修医生进行为期8学时的尸头颞骨解剖与手术训练,对照组进行常规的幻灯片(powerpoint,PPT)、录像等多媒体教学方法进行颞骨解剖及手术学习。比较两组在理论课考试、操作课考试成绩的差别,以及进修学员对培训班满意度调查问卷的分值。结果 进修医生理论课中的耳科应用与解剖手术方式选择干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组进修医生儿科学的操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组培训满意度评分高于对照组。结论尸头颞骨解剖与手术训练帮助耳科进修医生提高外科技术水平和外科素养,是培养应用型人才的一种成功尝试。Objective To explore the role of cadaveric temporal bone anatomy and surgical training in the training of otologists.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,a total of 50 advanced doctors from the Otolaryngology Microsurgery Technology Training Course of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(n=25)and a control group(n=25).The intervention group received 8-hour training on cadaveric head temporal bone anatomy and surgery for further training,while the control group received regular multimedia teaching methods such as powerpoint and video for temporal bone anatomy and surgery learning.Compared the scores of the two groups in the theoretical and operational exams,as well as the satisfaction survey questionnaire scores of the trainees towards the training class.Results The selection of otological application and anatomical surgery methods in the theoretical courses of advanced medical practitioners in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The intervention group received higher scores in pediatric operations from the continuing education doctors compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The training satisfaction score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The cadaveric temporal bone anatomy and surgery training can help the otology trainee improve the level of surgical technique and surgical literacy,which is a successful attempt to cultivate applied talents.
