摘 要:在超声医学住院医师规范化操作技能培训中,传统教学模式因为时间、空间及人员等因素制约,使学员在培训过程中存在一系列问题,包括扫查切面不系统全面,留图标准不统一等,不利于培训过程质控。“标准化过程考核”教学模式具有过程质控、过程考核、统一标准、激发学生主动学习热情等优势,有助于克服传统操作技能教学中的不足,促进住院医师规范化培训水平提高。在实施“标准化过程考核”教学模式的过程中,除了传统的手把手带教与现场点评、示范外,还可以充分利用现代网络信息化平台于培训与考核中,打破时间、空间、地域限制,将课余时间化整为零,使教学时间更加灵活方便,使固定式课堂变为移动式课堂,结合“一对一”“一对多”“多对多”等多种交流方式,促进教学水平进一步提高。Due to the limits of time,space and personnel,the traditional teaching mode in standardized training of operating skills for ultrasound medical residents causes several problems,including the unsystematic and incomprehensive scanning section and the disuniform image retention standard,which is not conducive to the quality control of the training process.The teaching mode of"standardized process evaluation"has the advantages of process quality control,process evaluation,unified standards and stimulating students'enthusiasm for active learning,which is helpful to overcome the shortcomings in the teaching of traditional operation skills of ultrasound medicine and promote the improvement of the standard training level of ultrasound medicine residents.In the process of implementing the"standardized process assessment"teaching mode,in addition to the traditional hands-on teaching and on-site comments and demonstrations,we can also make full use of modern network information platform in training and evaluation to break the limites of time,space,and location and divide the spare time into parts.As a result,the teaching time will be more flexible and convenient and the fixed classroom will change into a mobile one,which further promote the teaching process with combination of"one-to-one""one-to-many""many-to-many"and other communication methods.
