摘 要:为避免张力架线紧线施工中,传统弧垂观测人工作业量大、易受外界环境干扰的问题,通过卫星技术自动定位空间坐标并实时计算弧垂的方法,研制了一种适用于张力架线紧线施工工况的弧垂自动测量设备。结构方面,在接地滑车结构设计的基础上进行改造。在硬件方面,选用传输距离远、功耗低的LoRa技术进行控制数据、定位数据的无线传输;采用STC单片机智能驱动电机,实现设备在导线上的自由移动;当设备移动到导线合适位置时,利用内置的北斗定位模组对测点空间坐标进行采集。设备软件系统设有电机的动作逻辑,配合硬件响应终端发出的控制指令。研制的弧垂测量设备已成功应用于工程中,相比于传统弧垂观测施工方法施工效率提高了28%,同时架线后的观测档弧垂与设计弧垂相差1.96%,符合工程设计要求。In order to avoid the traditional problem of high manual workload and easy to be disturbed by the external environment in the construction of tension line tightening,an automatic arc sag measurement device is developed for the construction of tension line tightening by means of satellite technology to automatically locate the spatial coordinates and calculate the arc sag in real time.In terms of structure,it is modified on the basis of the structural design of the grounded skid.In terms of hardware,LoRa technology with long transmission distance and low power consumption is selected for wireless transmission of control data and positioning data;STC microcontroller is used to drive the motor intelligently to realise the free movement of the equipment on the wire;when the equipment moves to the appropriate position on the wire,the built-in Beidou positioning module is used to collect the spatial coordinates of the measurement point.The software system of the device is equipped with the action logic of the motor,which cooperates with the hardware to respond to the control commands issued by the terminal.The arc sag measurement equipment developed has been successfully applied in the project,the construction efficiency has increased by 28%compared with the traditional arc sag observation construction method,and the difference between the observation file arc sag and the design arc sag after the erection of the line is 1.96%,which meets the engineering design requirements.
