摘　　要：邓正来是兼具译者和研究者身份的翻译家,其学术翻译内容面向广泛,涉及法理学、人类学、宪政学、经济学、政治学、社会学等社会科学,尤其是对哈耶克思想的翻译和研究,确立了他在国内哈耶克研究领域的领先地位。邓正来基于学术翻译所凝练的“研究性翻译”思想以及“遵循理论脉络”的翻译标准,在学术翻译实践中独树一帜,其翻译的博登海默《法理学》影响了一代学人,系统译介哈耶克思想推动了中国法学的学术发展。邓正来以法学翻译为中心的社会科学翻译实践,为学术翻译树立了一个典范,对其学术翻译思想和翻译实践的研究不仅为法学,也为其他社会科学的翻译和研究带来诸多的启示。As a translator and researcher,Deng Zhenglai's academic translation covers a variety of social sciences,such as jurisprudence,anthropology,constitutionalism,economics,politics and sociology,etc.His research-based translation thought and standard of following the academic theoretical context have developed a school of his own in the academic translation field.Deng Zhenglai's translation practice of social sciences centered on the jurisprudence translation has set a typical example for academic translation.The research into his academic translation thought and practice provides much revelation not only to the jurisprudence but also to other social sciences translation and studies.
