摘  要:小断面隧道工程因其作业空间有限、环境恶劣和地质条件变化大等特点,施工难度较大。小断面隧道中的平行作业难度明显增加,出渣运输效率大幅降低,对机械的选型要求更高。结合肯尼亚某供水项目施工实例,系统总结悬臂式掘进机在小断面超长隧道开挖掘进施工中的应用。结果表明,悬臂式掘进机具有开挖效率高、掘进速度快、对围岩的扰动小和适用性强等优势,更容易控制超欠挖量和保障洞内作业环境,适用于小断面超长隧道开挖施工。Due to the limited working space,harsh environment and significant changes in geological conditions,tunnel engineering faces great difficulties in construction.The parallel operation in small-section tunnels is challenging,resulting in reduced efficiency in mucking transportation and strict requirements for machinery selection.This paper combines the construction example of a water supply project in Kenya to explore the application of the cantilever boring machine in the excavation and construction technology of small-section extra-long tunnels.The results show that the cantilever boring machine has advantages such as high excavation efficiency,fast tunneling speed,minimal disturbance to surrounding rocks,and strong applicability.It is easier to control the over-excavation and under-excavation amounts and ensure a favorable working environment inside the tunnel.Adoption of the cantilever boring machine is an applicable technology in small-section extra-long tunnel excavation.
