摘 要:课程学习是保障博士生培养质量的重要环节,一流研究型大学博士生的课程学习应当与科研训练相融合。基于2022年“全国博士毕业生离校反馈调查”,对我国C9高校的问卷开放题资料进行分析发现:博士生课程在科研实际结合度、科研方向匹配度、教师教学有效性、课程选择自由度、科研时间协调度等方面存在突出问题。课程学习与科研训练缺乏深度融合,主要表现为课程未能结合科研实际、与学生科研方向不匹配、与学生科研时间冲突,这源于课程制度的缺陷与科研压力的裹挟。据此,建议我国一流研究型大学在博士生培养中加强研究方法、学术写作与实验类课程供给,推动自由选修课建设、满足学生个性化科研学习需求,纠正“重科研轻课程”导向,保障学生的课程学习投入。Course learning is an important component in ensuring the quality of doctoral training,and the course learning for doctoral students in first-class research universities should be integrated with research training.Based on the analysis of the open-ended questionnaire data of C9(China 9 League)universities from“The National Survey of Doctoral Graduates in 2022”,it is found that there are prominent issues concerning the integration of doctoral courses with research practice,the matching degree with research area,the effectiveness of teachers teaching,the freedom of courses selection and the coordination of research time.The lack of deep integration between course learning and research training is mainly manifested in the failure to integrate courses with research practice,mismatch with students research area,and conflicts between courses and students research time,which are rooted in the deficiencies of the course system and the excessive pressure of research.Accordingly,it is recommended that the doctoral training of first-class research universities in China should strengthen the provision of courses about research methods,academic writing,and lab experiment,promote the development of elective courses,meet the individualized research and learning needs of students,rectify the“emphasis on research,neglect of courses”orientation,and ensure students’engagement in course learning.
