摘 要:目的 基于CiteSpace对乳腺癌与铁死亡相关研究进行文献可视化分析,探讨2016—2022年该领域的研究热点及发展趋势。方法 基于Web of Science核心数据库,利用CiteSpace分析软件对2016—2022年发表的乳腺癌铁死亡相关文献进行文献计量学统计及可视化分析,对发表文献年度、国家/地区、机构和关键词等进行可视化分析,并对关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析和主题演化分析。结果 共检索到278篇乳腺癌铁死亡相关文献,可视化分析结果显示,该领域发文量呈逐年上升趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,中心性居于第2位,发文量最多的机构是中山大学,关键词聚类分析提示细胞死亡、氧化应激、光热疗法、基因表达、肿瘤微环境、免疫状态等是乳腺癌铁死亡的研究热点。结论 铁死亡在乳腺癌治疗方面有巨大潜力,通过铁诱导剂、联合治疗等寻求相关靶点,可为乳腺癌的治疗提供新策略。Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends from 2016 to 2022 by conducting literature visualization analysis of studies related to ferroptosis in breast cancer based on CiteSpace.Method Based on the Web of Science core database,bibliometric statistics and visualization analysis were conducted for articles related to ferroptosis in breast cancer published from 2016 to 2022 using CiteSpace analysis software.Visualization analysis of year of publication,country,institution and keywords was conducted,and co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and theme evolution analysis of keywords were performed.Result A total of 278 articles related to ferroptosis in breast cancer were retrieved.The visualization analysis showed that the number of articles published in this field was on the rise year by year,with China being the country with the highest number of articles published,centrality in second place,and the institution with the highest number of articles published was Sun Yat-sen University.The key words clustering analysis suggested that cell death,oxidative stress,photothermal therapy,gene expression,tumor microenvironment and immune status were the research hotspots.Conclusion Ferroptosis has great potential in the treatment of breast cancer,and the search for relevant targets through iron inducers and combination therapy can provide new strategies for breast cancer treatment.
