摘　　要：目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经对乳腺癌患者术后感觉功能障碍及预后的影响。方法 将85例乳腺癌改良根治术患者根据术中是否保留肋间臂神经分为保留组(n=55)和不保留组(n=30),对比两组患者手术相关指标、术后患侧腋窝及上臂内侧感觉功能、术后并发症、复发和转移情况。结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数目、术后引流管拔除时间、并发症总发生率、术后复发率及转移率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);保留组患者术后患侧腋窝及上臂内侧感觉功能异常总发生率明显低于不保留组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论 乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经可降低患者术后感觉功能障碍发生率,对患者的预后无影响。Objective To analyze the effect of intercostobrachial nerve preservation during modified radical mastecto-my for breast cancer on postoperative sensory dysfunction and prognosis.Method A total of 85 patients with breast can-cer undergoing modified radical mastectomy were divided into the preservation group(n=55)and non-preservation group(n=30)according to whether the intercostobrachial nerve was preserved.The surgery-related indicators,postoperative sensory function in the armpit and medial upper arm of affected side,postoperative complications,recurrence and metasta-sis were compared between the two groups.Result There were no significant differences for the surgical time,intraoper-ative blood loss,number of lymph node dissection,removal time of postoperative drainage tube,overall incidence of com-plications,postoperative recurrence and metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence rate of sen-sory dysfunction in the armpit and medial upper arm of affected side after surgery in the preservation group was lower than that in the non-preservation group(P<0.01).Conclusion Intercostobrachial nerve preservation during modified rad-ical mastectomy for breast cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative sensory dysfunction without influence on prognosis.
