摘　　要：目的 探讨肌动蛋白相关蛋白2/3复合体亚基4(ARPC4)、环氧合酶2(COX2)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法 收集96例结直肠癌患者的病历资料,所有患者均采用免疫组织化学染色法检测ARPC4、COX2表达情况,比较不同临床特征结直肠癌患者结直肠癌组织中ARPC4、COX2阳性表达率,采用回归分析法分析结直肠癌组织中ARPC4与COX2表达的相关性,比较不同ARPC4、COX2表达情况结直肠癌患者的3年生存率。结果 结直肠癌患者中ARPC4阳性表达率为61.46%(59/96),COX2阳性表达率为59.38%(57/96)。有淋巴结转移、低分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者结直肠癌组织中ARPC4、COX2阳性表达率均高于无淋巴结转移、中高分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结直肠癌组织中ARPC4与COX2的表达呈正相关(r=0.618,P﹤0.05)。ARPC4阳性表达结直肠癌患者的3年生存率低于ARPC4阴性表达患者,COX2阳性表达结直肠癌患者的3年生存率低于COX2阴性表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中ARPC4与COX2的表达呈正相关,其表达与结直肠癌患者的临床特征及预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression of actin related protein 2/3 complex subunit 4(ARPC4)and cy-clooxygenase 2(COX2)in colorectal cancer tissues and their relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Method The medical data of 96 patients with colorectal cancer were collected.The expression of ARPC4 and COX2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in all patients.The positive expression rates of ARPC4 and COX2 in colorectal cancer tissues of colorectal cancer patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The correlation between the expression of ARPC4 and COX2 in colorectal cancer tissues was analyzed by regression analysis method.The 3-year survival rates of colorectal cancer patients with different expression of ARPC4 and COX2 were com-pared.Result The positive expression rate of ARPC4 in colorectal cancer patients was 61.46%(59/96),and the positive expression rate of COX2 was 59.38%(57/96).The positive expression rates of ARPC4 and COX2 in colorectal cancer tis-sues of colorectal cancer patients with lymph node metastasis,poorly differentiated,stage III-IV were higher than those of patients without lymph node metastasis,medium-high differentiated,stage I-II,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The expression of ARPC4 and COX2 in colorectal cancer tissues was positively correlated(r=0.618,P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of colorectal cancer patients with positive expression of ARPC4 was lower than that of pa-tients with negative expression of ARPC4,and the 3-year survival rate of colorectal cancer patients with positive expres-sion of COX2 was lower than that of patients with negative expression of COX2,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ARPC4 and COX2 in colorectal cancer tissues are positively correlat-ed,and their expression are related to the clinical characteristics and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.
