淫羊藿提取物阿可拉定联合多学科综合治疗晚期原发性肝癌1例报道

摘　　要：原发性肝癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)严重威胁人民的生命健康,多学科综合治疗协作组(Multidisciplinary team,MDT)诊疗模式为患者带来更好的近期疗效和远期生存。阿可拉定是一种从传统中药淫羊藿中提取的单分子创新药物,具有较为明确的抑癌作用,尤其是对原发性肝癌。现报道1例阿可拉定联合MDT综合治疗晚期原发性肝癌的病例,以提高对此类患者综合治疗的认识和应用。Primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)poses a significant threat to people′s lives and health.The multidisciplinary team(MDT)collaborative treatment model offers patients improved short-term therapeutic effects and long-term survival.Icaritin is a novel single-molecule drug extracted from Chinese medicine Epimedii Folium,with a well-defined anti-cancer effect,particularly against primary HCC.Herein,a case of advanced primary HCC treated with icaritin combined with MDT comprehensive therapy was reported to enhance awareness and utilization of comprehensive treatment strategies for patients with this condition.
