一流本科教育背景下农林院校线上“金课”建设驱动因素研究——基于(fsQCA)模糊集定性比较分析

摘  要:课程作为人才培养的核心要素,是高等教育改革创新的关键点,打造具备高阶性、创新性、挑战度的“金课”是培养知农爱农人才的重要途径,也是建设一流本科的重要基石。本文采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)法,对我国40所本科农林院校线上“金课”建设情况进行分析,以农林院校线上“金课”建设成效为结果变量,从学术水平、教学质量、教师水平和建设数量四个方面,对农林院校线上“金课”建设驱动因素进行深入探究。研究结果表明:从单个变量必要性分析中发现,教学质量和学术水平是线上“金课”建设的充分条件;从变量组合分析中得出3种组态,学术水平、教学质量和建设数量的组合;学术水平、教师规模和建设数量的组合;教学质量、教师规模和建设数量的组合。在一流本科教育背景下,农林院校线上“金课”建设需要从编写教材、教学模式、教师队伍、经费投入等多个角度全方位继续加强。As the core element of talent training,the curriculum is a crucial point of higher education reform and innovation.Creating a"golden course"with high-level,innovative,and challenging characters is a meaningful way to cultivate talents who know and love agriculture and an essential cornerstone of building a first-class undergraduate education.Using the method of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),this study analyzes the construction of online"golden course"in 40 undergraduate agricultural and forestry colleges in China.Taking the construction and effect of online"golden course"in agricultural and forestry colleges as the result variable,this study analyzes the online"golden course'in agricultural and forestry colleges from four aspects.It explores the driving factors of online"golden course"construction in agricultural and forestry universities.The results show that:from the necessity analysis of a single variable,it is found that teaching quality and academic level are the sufficient conditions for the construction of an online"golden course";from the variable combination analysis,three configurations are obtained:configuration 1,the combination of academic level,teaching quality and construction quantity;configuration 2,the combination of academic level,teacher scale,and construction quantity;configuration 3,the combination of teaching quality,teacher scale and construction quantity.Under the background of first-class undergraduate education,the construction of online"golden course"in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities needs to continue to be strengthened in an all-round way from the perspectives of compiling teaching materials,teaching modes,teaching staff,and funding.
